I think i gonna get js22, send it to luthier, install gotoh fr trem..????????
Hi @benpowersguitar: I saw you had the Kramer baretta special, the Jackson js32q but I'm considering getting a new guitar but can't decide between the Jackson, the Kramer and a squier contemporary strat HH fr? Any opinions if you have put a hand on the squier too
I found a js32q for $200 is that good
I was able to get my entire setup including amps and tools for about 700 dollars with the js32 and I cant be happier.
Off topic but that sweatshirt is rad
What Floyd rose nut size was the replacement? I’m in the same boat with mine.
They are Junk-Had 2 with alot of problems- x series are ok if you get a good one-Pro Plus are excellent, have 2, both are flawless
Thank you for honest review, I'm in two minds whether or not to buy… Still????????????!
Cheers ????
Try a Strat trem and then update us on what you think of this trem. LoL!! Even a cheap FR licensed trem bridge is better than a Fender brand Strat trem.
will a floyd rose original drop in without modifications?
Do you happen to know how does the JS24 DKAM compare vs the JS32Q DKA HT AH.
Sound wise? And which one is better for future upgrades?
Should I go for this one or Ibanez GRGR330?
Good honest video, Helped me a lot as I have been thinking to buy one. Fine job straight t to the point. Thanks a bunch – keep up the great work… chow baby !!!
Is it Chinese?
if i change al the 3 problems you point, it could be a great guitar?
3:25 The tremolo system in these are indeed bad with the fine tuners. They feel cheap and donky.
What size floyd nut did you use?
Nice review! One day I will be good enough to play guitar.
I came here when I first got mine, and after a few months I've found you are spot on. I've had worse tremolo setup's and its useable but I find the Edge 3 on my Ibanez better quality. My locking nut blocks creak and slightly shift a bit if I dump or pull the bar randomly. A tiny bit of vaseline on the fine tuner threads made a small improvement. I wanted to know about the replacement locking nut, I'm not sure which one, or the size of it if you get me, do you remember what one you bought? and did it fit perfectly?
Got a JS32-7, not the same guitar, not the same inlays, no vibrato, are you sure you're talking about js-32 ? Looking to buy a 8 string version, also called js-32, point inlays and no vibrato, are you sure to talk about the right model ???
I have this guitar and I hate the tremolo. You can only use 50% of the tremolo. Can you recommend an alternative guitar with a working tremolo?
Bought the same exact one 3 years ago been playing 45 years extremely happy with pickups action sound and comfort no complaints at all great bang for your buck 5 stars.
This Jackson or Kramer Baretta Special for first guitar?
which locking nut you replaced?
I Just bought neon orange .. Amarath fretboard.. My first flyod rose tremolo Guitar and really ' thin' fretboard.. Need to do some setup to make it perfect axe.. Maybe upgrading certain hardware
What's the difference between this and the JS22?
