Why do my fingers naturally curve in to each other
Cool, but I'm a… bass player.
Wow. One of the best tips I had for fretting hand placement. Been self taught for 4 years and this just instantly removed wrist pain. Golden
Great guitar, rg550
John mayer uses that technique
My fingers point towards the middle so much that they fold over each other when I relax them. I don’t know how to fix it????
My gpa always told me to choke the chicken everyday to build up your speed for picking.
will this work for acoustic guitar?
So am I using my fingertips or not
For whatever reason no matter what way my hand is positioned, whenever I go to play any chord the D or G string always sounds just dead when I play.
I do this because I'm relax person
whenever i have to play the low E on the first fret and mute out the other strings (like smells like teen spirit) I can’t actually mute any of them, i always mute the Low E, the one i shouldn’t be muting
Best 30s shorts in guitar ❤
Better technique to place the thumb behind the neck, not hanging on it. It promotes a better angle of attack coming straight down on the strings and onto the tip of the finger vs at an angle landing on the fleshy part of the finger.
My hands are too small so I can't really relax my hands most of the time… dang it
Dude, I just saw this, and wow! This showed a big flaw in my fret hand. I'm glad you made this video. Thanks
How do i position the hand if i want su use barrè?
When I rotate my hand like this my fingers are muting other strings
Absolutely solid advice!
Being naturally comfortable is the best technique and it will be different for everyone. Don't worry about what all the other instruction videos say about how you should play, its all about how your hand naturally fits around the guitar. Great video
Stock pickups or you swapped them?
Is it alright to play fast with the thumb in the top of the neck?
I'm so happy you still make videos I have been watching this channel for so long
What if u have small hands tho lol
Ben, You are a gift and I love your voice too!
which strings gauge are you using now ?
Tips like this are golden. Thank you!
Hi, what number of strings do you use?
Another myth busted by Ben… Thanks
