Thank you for the review. I am trying to decide whether I want the Jaguar or the 60’s classic Precision. I actually had one when I was in high school back in the day. It was a Fender 1964. It was Olympic White w/ Rosewood fret board. I remember that I wasn’t very fond of the color, but you took whatever you could get. And back then I started hot rod-in my basses. I did what I could do, but I also had a luthier repair guy in the basement of the place I bought my first Fender Precision. He did a little custom work like changing the pickup’s out to DiMarzio cream colored ones. I learned something’s from him and I have a high school musician friend who is a repair guy too for a music company and he has own repair shop at his home. I talk to much!
Thanks for a good review. Do you have any neck diving issues with this Jaguar?
Thank you for your presentation. What string length do you use, strings in general for the 32?
Thanks for this, real handy to know your thoughts.
I’m looking to get my first bass and this Jaguar has been #1 on my list. I’ve been hesitant because of the scale, but you said it’s fun for reggae and now I’m sold! Thanks man.
Looks like the stock bridge has been replaced…
