1st Mindful Guitar Lesson: Connecting Through E Minor and A Minor (Part 1)
Join me in this unique guitar lesson that transcends traditional methods. This session focuses on experiencing sound, presence, and meditation through the guitar.
We cover a lot of ground in the 1st Mindful Guitar Lesson. It went a little long so I split it into two parts.
The second part will be available within 5 days. That gives you time to master part one..
I’ve provided the chapter timestamps so feel free to skip around to parts that interest you.
Lesson Highlights:

Exploring tuning standards: A = 440 Hz vs. A = 432 Hz
Understanding guitar anatomy
Fingerpicking techniques (PIMA)

what guitar is this? its nice
What you didn't make clear is whether you have tuned only your A string (5th) to 432 Hz or whether the whole guitar is tuned relative to 432.
Words fail me….
Get to the point. It’s to boring this.
TOO MANY WORDS.
Love the background, is this green screen?
I'm definitely adding box breathing while playing simple chords to my modest meditation repertoire. How have I never tried that!? Also- Acoustic guitars are the best for big vibrations, but the subtle drone of trem springs interacting with fundamental tones on an unplugged electric can feel intoxicating. :).
