  • I love my new NEO. However, I am disappointed that there is no audio interface with Windows. NEO, like I suspect all of PG, is phone only. This restricts me from my library of HD tracks to play along with. For most young people, they don't care. But, as an older person, PG is too restrictive in its connections to be fully wonderful for my personal gig. Youtube's ads make it too bothersome to use and too expensive to subscribe for easy access to music. PG is a young person's company. Saying that, NEO and GO have given me much happiness for its superlative sound and all the other positives about the app. Just too bad about connectivity. It seems odd it's so restrictive for such an otherwise progressively-minded amp company.

  • Great guitar sound, great bluetooth streaming sound, from metal to Mozart, but unfortunately you cannot output and record the guitar sound to a computer. A serious firmware update is needed so as to connect the Neo via usb C to a computer to record in GarageBand or other DAWs … This way it should also be possible to interface with Bias FX and amps,

  • Yeah. I was wondering if Positive Grid can add the surround sound to the NEO. The gyroscope is not that crucial. Also almost bought the Waza Air but can’t justify a 5 year old technology with no USB-C at that price.

  • Can i use my Spark Control X with this? Wanna be able to practice and switch presets easily.

  • Does it have a wah wah? Does it come with a USB-C cable or we have to buy one?

  • Anyone else having consistent Bluetooth issues? I'm getting a pin/passkey error every time

  • Which Bluetooth codec is used? I experience a lot of latency when I try to play simultaneously with a video.

  • Is it possible to connect it to the phone and the laptop via bluetooth at the same time?

  • The question is does it fit the PRS Silver Sky? The Spark Link doesn’t. ????????

  • Received mine today and setup was less than minute. Sound is great, I love these for when I can't lug around my 40.

  • Way too expensive for what it does…this tech is everywhere and it's dressed up as new but it is old and we are paying premium prices for it.
I have had both the old and the new positive grid. I returned them as they are nothing special and with the newest version you need an iphone or something only a few months old, and honestly you are better off buying the katana go…However, even that device is way too expensive.
As musicians we are getting played. All these units are basically the same with just a tweak here and there.
I am a pro musician and i have played on and off the stage for over 30 years, and I have had and still have many of these devices i.e. Positive grid Spark 2 rock
(Well Made but I returned it, $299.00 and it's just o.k. way to pricey it should be $99.00) Rock and Stroll Stuntman (old…$19.99 crap should be $5.00),
NUX ($79.00 metal and sturdy, not terrible should be $30.00), Mustang Micro (Cheap Plastic $119.99 only one preset worth a darn, should be $25.00 plastic), Katana Go (Cheap Plastic $129.00 5-6 presets are not bad should be $50.00 I use this one the most), Vox AmPlug2 (Cheap Plastic works good for the money $49.99…used to be $19.99 should still be $19.99) and many, many more to many to list.
All are way over priced but the positive grid stuff is the worst in price. Just my 2 cents worth. Peace

  • I wonder if it would be possible in the future to develop a wireless looper pedal that could integrate in to this ecosystem with the Neo?

  • Is it possible to have 2 simultaneous bluetooth connections? For example my phone for editing the amps and my PC for streaming audio from educational content.

  • I wonder how is the sound with just listening to music? Hope its compatible to some premium headphones like bose. Im in a market for a nice headphones

  • Would be nice to have some kind of voice assistant, so that you wouldn't even need to open the app. Most of the time I am too lazy to open the app, wait for it to connect to the speaker, browse menus, etc that i just stick to the 4 presets… Imagine being able to do a simple long press and say "give me a high-gain metal tone", "play a classic rock drum loop at 120BPM", "Play a pop backing track in D" or whatever.

  • This is lunched after 4 years from Waza air. The main missing feature was not having record feature. You copied waza air after 4 years and didnt add that missing feature to it?

  • I guess my only hang-up is that I don't see anywhere if it will support the Control unit. If it works with that, I'm in. If not, I'll keep using my Spark Go as I do now.

  • Wait until SweetWater sells theses. Don’t buy , I own the 40, Live, and GO and Pos. Grid is a pain to deal with. Wait until you can deal with a personal sales person

  • I all ready own WAZA Air Headphones and couldn’t be happier. It would be interesting to have use of the Spark App, but Possessive Grid seams to be the master of trickling out technologically so in a year or two you want to upgrade to the new and latest. I can wait until BOSS/Roland or Positive Grid comes out with a Headset that multiple people can jam together, or include sell it as an upgrade. Then and only then will I purchase another headset.

  • Shame they didn’t make it recordable, that would have been a game changer. It sounds like they’re just the same as the Boss WAZA Airs which I’ve already got so don’t think I’ll bother…..

  • I have a spark go. This is a nice device, but if you just want the wireless experience thing, just buy a bt aptx transmitter to connect into the output jack of the go and use an aptx bt headset.

  • Pretty excited about this. Anything that makes it easier to play guitar more and helps me to practice regularly is worth the investment.

  • If I have an external pedalboard in series to my spark 2 amp would this wireless connected plug into the guitar or the pedalboard I normally plug my guitar into in conjunction with my spark amp?

  • I literally bought a Spark GO, gutted the speaker side by removing the 5 screws from the case, 3D printed a cover for the front with a clip mount and mounted it on the top headband of full over-ear headphones. I cut down the 5-foot cable from the headphones and put on a 1/8” plug for custom length. I used a Lekato wireless guitar system to transmit/receive from my guitar into the GO. It looks horrendous but does the job. I was hopeful Positive Grid would come out with a small headphone amp like the Fender Mustang so I could just plug my headphones into the plug on my guitar BUT this far surpasses my expectations because it is wireless and still has all the functionality of using the Spark APP just like when I play through my Spark 40 and Spark GO. I am ecstatic! I am so excited about the Spark NEO! A big thank you to Positive Grid from me!
