I just saw the guitar player of MAROON 5 shred like a motherfucker. He’s so underrated because maroon 5 doesn’t let him play to his full potential

Used to be able to hear every instrument in Songs about Jane. Now I can barely hear the band members. Even Adam isn't singing like Adam. Sad to see them follow trends instead of making interesting music

That solo at the beginning was way badass, I like Maroon 5 but I think they need to add some badass guitar solos like that in more of their songs

Absolutely love James' gear, tone, and playing. It sucks that Maroon 5 has turned into a more electronic, over-produced, post editing type of sound rather than an actual band.

I love James! He's one of my favourite musicians. When I saw them live last year he nodded at me and smiled because I already knew the words to This Summer whereas everyone around my girlfriend and I were just dancing and not singing! 😛 That was definitely an amazing moment!
How do these musicians have no idea what pickups (etc.) are in their instruments? lol. That may be a sign of an issue…?
