  • I week ago, I changed my chords on Aria AC 40 from the 70s. Had buzzing sounds after. But now, after this video, no more. I thank you very much, you were very helpful.

  • Hi Brandon, i just got myself a new acoustic guitar (yamaha fsx5) and though everything is done to perfection I keep hearing buzzing sound on the open 3rd and 4th string when i press the 7th and higher frets of the 6th string. Can you please suggest how i can fix this?

  • Thank you so much. I was panicking as one day I picked my guitar up, and one string was buzzing when they've been fine since the new strings. Noticed the string was lightly touching the wood after tuning and the little piece of paper was magic!

  • Another Idea, when all this is not helping: I recently restringed a 1970s handmade guitar, that has some old metal hardware on it, instead of these ebony kindoff rolls. So the A string was buzzing like crazy, and It came somewhere from the Headstock. I tried all your tips, but it didn't work, what helped was, to tighten the screws on the metal hardware! The side pieces that strengthen the wood for the tuner was the ratteling thing! I hope this helps someone, I was just going crazy about this! 🙂

  • Great Video as always! I need your help. I have a great 50 year old Harmony Classical guitar, that was originally right handed but then switched to left handed, but the person did not replace the bridge. I am a left handed player so that is why I bought it in the first place, but it has never played well because of the angle of the saddle in that bridge. I have removed this bridge, so I have been looking everywhere for a LEFT handed classical guitar bridge. I have a new nut and saddle, but I need a bridge. I hate to try and use a pin style left handed bridge because I'm not 100% it will work with nylon strings. Any suggestions on where to find a bridge??? TY!!

  • Tip #2 solved my problem. I think the string was vibrating weird within the slot rather than low action, it had a delayed "meowing" buzz no matter how gently the string is played. Thank you. ????

  • Just got a new flamenco guitar and had a buzz on the open high e, so I thought it was buzzing on the first fret (when fretted, no buzz). But after taking my nail clippers to the loose ends, no buzz. Thanks, Brandon!

  • Hey, i have recently had my classical guitar restrung at a music store, and there is this rattling sound that comes out whenever i strum close to the sound hole. This problem doesn t occur when i strum further away from the sound hole, nor does it happen when picking individual strings. I also noticed that this happens with the capo on too. Any advice is greatly appreciated!

  • I get a buzz on the low E playing the A note. That is it, the E is fine at all other frets and all other strings are fine. String height is fine and actually a little higher than I prefer. Any thoughts?

  • Something weird happens to mine. When I press the 3rd fret on my low e string, the g string buzzes horribly. It doesnt happen on any other fret or string, only when I press the 3rd fret on my low e string. Any tips?
