Well done. As a Beatle fan since the Ed Sullivan show 1964 your vid hit home completely.
Oh so funny well done boys. Really great playing too.
A Compressor would work well. A good deal all of their 63-66 recordings were compressed to some extent.
I just busted the bank
I believe it George was alive today he would choose the Gretsch Electromatic HOLLLOW BODY 5400 series guitars due to the weight and actual Filtertron Pickups
With the fender rumble, thats a good choice because when John and George switched to fender amps, so did Paul.
God that was abject. Didn't even know George played a Country Gent. The AC30 was fizzy and distorted. The parts were wrong.
Obvs trying to sound like the Beatles' whole catalogue is impossible but should have just picked one album and nailed it rather than doing whatever that was and getting it all wrong.
2/10.
brillant vidéo !! you can do one by album ahah 🙂 thanks
Love the outtakes. I just wish you had more sound demos, like "I Want to Hold Your Hand!"
Was that Scott Stapp in the background in the store i wonder?
3:47 Mark Felton is watching you
I love a good blooper. ????
«Pretty close». ????
Great bass tone there ????????
guitar Paul uses today
Vox ac15 + dr. Robert pedal by aclam is a perfect combination to sound like beatles.
If you boys did your homework on this project ! ???? Harrison used a newly acquired SG , and Lennon & macca both brought epi casinos , but the gretsch is a hollow body # escaped Bea , and Matt got lucky that Mac didn’t get the ricenbacer till rubber hole ! , that was Yokosuka ninname???????????????????????????? # get more creative ! ,,, good job b+
rare andertons L
You already sound like The Beatles just by talking
Taxman.
Paul: Rickenbacker 4001s, Epiphone Casino
George: Fender Stratocaster
Only thing I would have changed was the guitar- should’ve gotten a casino
Great guys , sounds very real well done. Very funny outtakes ????????????
Dudes….A Casino man! All 3 had them. I assume there were no Casinos in the shop….If there was, why??
That bit at the end was some of the most hilarious shit ive seen in a while
Great choices but I probably would have just gone with a strat for the guitar.
Lots of guitar and amp combinations could have chosen.
But great choice for this demo. I’d have probably gone for the Epiphone Casino. But the Gretsch was a great choice.
As for the Bass. The Epiphone gives the zero fret not available on the ignition that would have been the natural option. But the Epiphone does loose the proper controls of the Hofner.
Think though, by simply popping on a set of flat wound or tape wound strings would have been #1 choice of budget spend.
A triumph !!!
The Beatles used the guitar for the job !
Who knows what is the name of this blue superstrat with p90 pickups? 0:06
George Harrison used A red Gibson SG in 1966 to 1968. He use Fender Stratocaster. And John Lennon use Fender Stratocaster as well . On Rubber Sol.
where is the BUSTING version?
Should have went with a Casino
Nice good. Good job I love the simplicity and the Beaty of the Beatles songs
Pretty good! 🙂 That Viola Epiphone bass is a really nice playing/sounding bass 🙂 I own that Gretsch model guitar and it's great! 🙂
No pink Crocs at the time of the Beatles though…
A QUESTIONS: WHICH IS BETTER EPIPHONE VIOLA BASS OR GRETSCH JUNIOR JET G2220
