This is super helpful thank you! And YES to more Country bass lessons please!
Ja..please, blue sarazeno and more…
I'm literally learning bass to be able to play in my son's Country band. I can say country music bass is often neglected, so I greatly appreciate this lesson.
Thanks for an excellent beginners lesson. This was very helpful to me and really opened the door for me to begin accompanying.
by the way, in the ascending descending portion the tab for a shows a 1 – 4 although you are playing a 1 -5. I figured it out so good test,
yes country
YES please
Hi James. Great stuff here. Loved the video. I subscribed.
I love old school country music (Waylon, Willie, Merle, etc), as well as smooth jazz.
Thanks for all you do!
Mark
yes more
Thanks, this is great
Thanks,, that is very helpful for a beginner like me
Yes please ????
I love country
yes – do country bass
Great lesson, but I think your tabs and explanation for the third example are not what you are playing? The Am should be 5 fret on E string and 7th fret on A string?
Yes to Country
Man I’m definitely gonna have to come back to this video when I learn more. Just started and only tuned and learned basics. Gotta learn notes now ????
Yes, more country bass learning ????
good morning from South Texas. I've been playing guitar for two years now. Thought I would try out Bass. I got lucky enough to cross paths with your videos. I must say I enjoy your teaching style. You cover the basics in an easy to understand and concise format. Keep up the good work. Yes lets have more country and western Bass. I'm a big Buck Owens fan. I subscribed to your channel and created a playlist just for your videos.
Yes
I love country bass
Yes, please a little more country would be helpful. Bluesman to the core, however, I've used the blues working with my country jam partners. Not a fan of country, but really need some simple, easy to memorize shapes and ideas to help expand my musical vocabulary for different situations.
