A couple of people have asked me about my tone and rig setup, so here’s a rundown of my basic rig.

Bass: Fender American Original 60s P Bass
Strings: La’Bella Flats
Amp: Ampeg Portaflex PF 500
Interface: Komplete Audio 2

  • The shocking statement is the assumption that there are people who don’t want to listen to bass all day long…

  • Hi
I’m using amp as well with audio interface. When I record my bass I get very sharp high tone in the phone speaker. If I listen on headphones the tone is so deep.
How do you record your bass?
    Thank you

  • There are a lot of things in need to make a video. I am not really familiar with that kind of stuff I don't even have an Interface ???? There is a long road to go before I can ever make a video with a good bass sound. ????
