Honestly, I've never seen such a detailed and super accurate guitar exercise on youtube. The fact that someone goes to the trouble of practicing the exact finger position with the guitar turned around deserves a lot of respect.
I have problems when sweep picking. I'm used to doing an alternate picking motion, where the index finger and thumb move together in a back and forth motion. I don't use my wrist to pick.

Here’s how I learned sweep picking (an honest truth) :
Repeat it about a thousand times. You’ll start out way too fast and it’ll sound terrible. Then you’ll realize it sounds terrible and go slow. Then you realize how many notes you’ve been missing and how important they are. There’s no “magic” to learn, it’s repetition and learning from mistakes. You’ll get tips like “a fluid motion with the pick downward and up”, but that won’t automatically make you able to sweep. Just tells you how to do it. If you have enough passion for guitar, you’ll learn it. You just gotta be patient and comfortable enough with failing a million times over.
I didn't like the way you played the arpeggios at the beginning… Very choppy and mechanical
