Click on a video about metal bass tone, immediately shows me he has a tremendous tone, and gives me some drums to show how the bass is glued to the kick. Surprisingly there are tons of videos about this topic that don't even offer a solid mix as an example. Thankyou, sounds great.
And btw your technique is solid, yet you claim to not be a bass player, there are thousands of 'bass players" that can't even play fingers, let alone dig in like you do
