About time someone finally admitted the absolute truth. Got me a 7 string bass last weekend and Boy, this thing through an ENGL with XXL speakers, kills it…
I mean, everybody to his own, buuuuut… That 350$ bass easily matches any 8 string guitar that is out there and the 35" strings give it an extra Oomph and punch…
And for any bass "purist" out there: for this kind of music, pick playing is mandatory… ????????????????????
