  • I really appreciate your teaching style and the fact that you never make any of us beginners feel as inadequate as we really are! Keep it coming, I feel like I can actually accomplish something after you are finished with a lesson. Thank you!

  • Absolutely awesome lesson! Thank you! One of my favorite songs from back in the day. Your calm and slow pace of teaching is great especially for a guy who’s 73 years young. All of your demoing the chords, explanations, etc really helps. I’m also going to appropriate your wawa pedal technique! Question- are you playing the A chord by holding down the D,G,B strings with one finger? Pretty cool if that is the case, I’ve got to work on that. Anyway, really loved this lesson, thanks so much much????

  • I can't say thank you enough, reading other comments, I guess I am looking like most other people on here to get help with my tempo on the strumming correct. Thank you for the 3 free songs lessons. You are helping so many people which is super nice and cool. More people than you can imagine are learning how to play guitar from you and not making any comments. Your singing on the other hand though, just kidding. For what you are teaching it is tolerable. ???? LOL! I was lead vocals in bands around Virginia Beach in the late 70s and mid 80s and then down to the Outer Banks, NC. in the early 90s. I played some guitar then and my keyboards. I have 3 sets of keys now and my 5 guitars. And electric drums. I totally stopped playing everything 2/25/2002
6;40 am after a fatal shipwreck that I was on. Due to injuries and PTSD kicking my ass, I am trying to come back around to playing and you are helping me quite a bit, I would take my guitars out on the tugboat with me and I would play on the boats, the crew members used to enjoy that. It really helped time go by on the high seas. I have another app that is great with the music, lyrics, tab, chords, short videos of different people playing, it doesn't come close to helping out like you do. I am guessing we are probably around the same age
So I really dig the music you are putting out there. Have not been watching your videos but for a short time, when my check comes around, I will be glad to show you my gratitude. I take it you are a Rod Stewart fan as well naming your dog Maggie May, which is one of my favorite songs. May you and Vicky and Maggie May have a blessed evening, I will be watching and learning and relaxing as I am learning. You will hear from me soon when I really can say thank you in some sort of small way. Again THANK YOU God bless you brother ????❤????
