What I do not understand is how is it possible to run a delay into the JCM 800 Gain amp.It has no effect loop. Can someone explain the trick?

You can get both amp models and effects on the Vox mini 3 but unfortunately you can't use a pedal to switch channels.
Would love to see a new version with Lee based on their modern sound!
I know this is pretty old but for those interested, the tech in this video is now an EMT if I remember right, he left on good terms with Bring Me as is pursuing another career that he is just as passionate about. I highly recommend following his Instagram, Dean_rowbotham
That tech used to be in a really good band called The Miramar Disaster.
Hopefully they can get him again for the current rig.

I hate when people say that tone is on the fingers. It's not. Technique is in the fingers. 100% of your tone comes from your equipment. Want to sound like SRV? Learn to play like SRV. If you want SRV's tone buy the right equipment.

Dimebucker to fatten up the sound? Do you know how much treble response is in that fucking pickup?
If you've never used a bone nut it helps a lot with buzz and the hollow string sound. I have one on my guitar and Stingray 5 bass.

Lee Malia is literally the Jimi Hendrix of tone. He has the best tone with getting a super heavy tone as well as a super clean and ambient tone that is the absolute best.

11:00 that's how you get Lee's tone guys just dial in the gain knob until it's perfect and turn it up as loud as you want! Trust me it sounds identical!
I really need to get a switcher system i dont have to do a huge amount of pedal dancing but it would be nice to just have to hit 1 button

It's funny his tech said that Axe-FX would never work for Lee cause he needs the sound of valve amplification but I think now (2018) he uses a Kemper in his rig as well. Fairly certain I've seen it in photos.
When I first met BMTH they turned up in two small hatch back cars, and both guitar players had 5150s with a tuner and a noise suppressor. That was it. It was around 2006 I believe.
