Another video with the Fender Mini ’65 Twin Amp, this time trying to get some clean tones out of it. Even with the gain at minimum, the amp still has some bark if you hit it hard on the input (especially with the bridge pickup), but clean tones can be good with the right adjustments (further videos to come)! Here I’m running it with my homemade “Vintage ‘Verb” Spring Reverb effects unit made from a repurposed Yamaha Organ spring reverb board and spring. It’s got the drip! Really makes this little amp sing nicely and tames that bark too!

The beginning song is “Don’t Let Me Go” by Goldfinger before going into some noodles. I’ve gotta do a cover of that at some point!

Equipment used:
Dunlop .60mm Nylon Plectrum
Ernie Ball RPS Super Slinky 9-42 (2239)
Squier Vintage Modified Jaguar (modified) (DGCFAD D Standard Tuning)
Homemade “Vintage ‘Verb” Spring Reverb Unit

A huge thanks goes to all my subscribers on Patreon past and present who keep my music going each month with special mention to the current $10+ patrons: Nathan Puray, and Michael White! Thank you all so much for your help and support in making these dreams a reality! You folks are amazing!
