I'm not going to hate on this because it's clear that you don't know what's out there. However, I will say that those two Epiphones don't belong on this list when the Godin 5th Avenue Kingpin and Montreal Premiere LTD exist.
You might want to look at those two guitars. The 5th Avenue Kingpin is a pure jazz guitar with P90 pickups and the Montreal Premiere is more versatile but still jazz-oriented with TV Jones pickups.
If you want to see true jazz guitar beauty just search for Montreal Premiere LTD Desert Blue with Bigsby and prepare to be shocked and amazed. You'll agree that it's one of the top-ten most beautiful jazz guitars ever made and its sound matches its looks.
Ya gotta start with Django or your list is meaningless. Than in no order guys like Jim Hall, Joe Pass, Charlie Bird, Wes Montgomery, Bernie Kessel, George Benson
This overview lacks a lot. And it contains some major errors. For example: I miss the Gibson ES 175. This guitar was and is the main guitar of a lot of jazz musicians. And where is the Selmer Maccaferri guitar as played by the great Django Reinhardt? Mistakes are: BB King is not a jazz man, he's a very good blues player. Brian Setzer is not a jazz player, he's a rockabilly guitarist. The Gibson shown is not a ES 355 but a ES 335. The ES 355 is recognizable by its split diamond inlay.
I don t know who put this together but what a waste of time. “Bendetto” seriously? Most of this isn’t even jazz. It takes probably more time for people to watch this nonsense than the time it took you to put this together.
Another great example of how many people don't understand jazz, nor are they embarrassed that they don't. I'm surprised the Fender Jazzmaster didn't make the list ????
B.B. & Wes????????????
I would rather hear straight plectrum playing, especially single lines, to evaluate and compare.
A.I. still needs a lot of work…
This looks like an info-mercial for a guitar store.

A major part of jazz is chords. Many guitars sound fine with single notes but can get muddy with chords. You left all that out.
The L5 is sublime
stupid
Good bye????
john suhr alt t pro my jazz guitar
I have an honest question. Who slapped this together?
Una pèrdua de temps,
aquest video.

They all sound fantastic.
i never comment, but your ranking is based on no empirical evidence
And no ES175? The King of them all. And why the GB30 when it should be the GB300 or the GB10? This list is nonsense.
ES 175 was a must

0:30–0:44That is not a jazz guitar, that is a roc'n'roll ! And B.B.King?Is he a jazz guitarist?
What about Gibson ES 175 D?
HERMOSO!!
Happy to see the George Benson LGB30 in here. I have one it's a great instrument
