I think you misunderstood AC refiner function, it was meant to be used with acoustic guitars…. That's why it's in the cab section, to simulate a mic'd up acoustic guitar (when playing an acoustic).
Also to be used in conjunction with the AC simulator (if playing an electric)
Hi ,do you know how i can get my built in tuner back working .Since downloading the new update it has stopped working on my GP200 .Any help much appreciated
Can we make 12 string sound via accoustic sim?
I’m planning to buy this, can you use acoustic cab or sim and low the volume from the volume knob of cab or effect? I wanna use a little bit of acoustic cab effect but I think the volume knob is gonna drop the master volume
This video is perfect. I have a Valeton GP 200 arriving this week and have a gig this weekend. I even also play a Takamine G series. I can always fall back on my Boss AD-8, but would love to use the Valeton as an all around live processor.
Always has a problem about most acoustic simulators, it has a static siund when ever you dont use a pre-amp and cab
Thanks for this
Wondering… Could you run your acoustic through the sims to get a more specific tone? I have an old Zoom A3(something like that) i use and it makes you select a type of acoustic guitar to emulate. So im curious if that would work similarly.
Looking at getting one of of these units. Really to use for acoustic live, and switch to electric as needed. I can see the ac pre working well as a basis then adding my usual effects on top of it.
All things considered – it’s not terrible for set lists that have rock acoustic songs sprinkled in for your typical bar band. Would I prefer to use the Martin 12 string? Sure, but sometimes it’s not worth lugging around. Most of the audience doesn’t give a rip or even notice.
Hi, Is the acoustics sounds you demonstrated comes built in with the Veleton GP200 pedal?
Man, that acoustic guitar sounds like crap. Terribly piezo heavy sound, even u turn on the ac simulator, still a meh. Lets listen to the electric guitar. There are some useful presets for the electric guitar. I dont remember, did you use the neck pickup split?
Nice share..
love from Indonesia
Interesting. I've just bought one of these, so when it arrives, I'll find out how it sounds with my guitar/amp.
Thanks.
Nice ????
Your videos are amazing! I've been learning a lot about Valeton GP 200.
I'm waiting anxiously the bass videos, case I'm a bassist.
Keep doing it…
… and thanks for sharing knowledge!
Best wishes from Brazil!
