All series cg yamaha are very symilar, like sound, sustain, and projections…Side and back are not solid wood,and the difference between an cg 142 and 192 are not too marked…Ok is't not expensive guitar but….try an gc 12 ..all solid…yu'll see the difference ..jast for 200 usd up between 192s and gc12sexcuse for my poor english
