Well, it's 12 years on now, they're making them in a vintage sunburst and I've had mine for a week. Oh man, what a guitar it is. It does everything really well and looks pretty special too. Finally I have The One.

They use Gibson masterbuilt phosphor bronze ultra light .11-.52 according to the gibson website. Thats actually a bit surprising considering this is a 24.75 scale guitar and ultra light strings would make this guitar pretty jangly. You can kinda tell from the video where his fingerpickin has a kinda string slap when he first picks the strings. Hope this helps!
