Tech 21: Sansamp Tri-AC – On Bass | Amateur Effects Reviews

Hi I’m Theo.
I play bass, often poorly. I love effects and started this channel as a way to document what I’ve owned.
On this channel we look at bass effects pedals, Bass VI, pedal combinations and getting specific tones.

Go check out my other channel where I focus on using effects designed for guitar on bass:

  • I would run it parallel. In other words, I would split your initial signal and mix this in for high mids and highs. I'd keep the lows rather clean. Anyhow, I'm buying one for guitar but will try it as such on bass, too.

  • I got it based on your review. Cheers! The Sansamp Programmable for bass was twice as expensive. There's a lot of tone shaping options on the Tri-AC. I also tend to split the signal to clean and effected so I experience no low-end loss with the Tri-AC. Good pedal.
