I bought the Epi 339 Pro for $320 'used' with no marks on it and it's an excellent China built guitar. And I bet the headstock will not shear off like Gibsons are notorious for.

All these "the video sounds bad" comments: get a clue. This is youtube and you are listening through the speakers on your computer. I have high-end speakers and it sounds wonderful (for youtube compression). Looks like a great pedal.

@TheVintageZero I completely agree, I have an epiphone les paul standard ultra and I put gibson pickups in and it sounds awesome, I wouldn't trade it for some of the gibson's i've played

Hmm… Satchurator does definetly NOT sound anything like this in this demo… its weird how much these guitarworlds reviews can make good gear sound so bad. Seriously, if people decide to buy this pedal by this sound, they are going to be very very amazed when they get the pedal home. For all people reading this: The Satchurator doesnt sound at all like that what we can hear from the video, its like 100000 times better sounding. i have it and i love it!
Why is pro like Paul Doing with a epiphone i mean their not all bad some are good like the phophecy seris but paul is rich. Even i can afford it and i only get 145,000 dollars a year.

your right there, but at least he plays more than chords. alot of the time when people demonstrate gear, they just riff, so you dont really get a broad register of what it can do
As in all the reviews by this guy… he seems far more interested in showing us that he can play the guitar. Too much wanking.

well my guitar teacher has one of these and uses it on clean and it sound great but really you have to experiment with it but i imagine it sounds good either way.
