  • Say few years later, if the battery deteriorates, will the battery be replaceable? Otherwise will the guitar be completely unusable, or will we lose the built-in effects?

  • I recently bought a Vox VT40X modelling amp, I had moved from a detached rural house in the middle of nowhere to a semi detached and so I couldn't play my amps, they are far too loud.
I ordered the Vox and the Boss Katana and ultimately chose the Vox because of the valve pre amp and the software that you edit the patches with is much better, the only con was it doesn't have an effects loop and so I couldn't use my modulation pedals along with it, I use the modulation effects on the amp but my overdrive and distortion pedals to the front of the amp.
Does this Donner require an effects loop when using a real amp?
What is the best way to listen to this guitar when playing?
What is the body and neck made of?
These are the most important questions for me before even thinking of buying one of these.

  • Received my X Pro today and it is awesome. Feels comfortable to hold, neck feels good, sounds really good. The sim and effects module was very easy to figure out and I was well on my way to setting up my own preset. Tuning was super easy and it has an on-board tuner. Very impressed.
