There are only 3 DI boxes I trust when I play bass on a fly date: Fatboy DI, RedDI, and in a pinch, a SansAmp.
For guitar it's my Tech21 RK5 and a ZT Lunchbox micd with a 609.
Those emulators just don't "have it" for me.
