These awesome things you demonstrated remind me a bit of Gilmour's ending styles, e.g., the one in Shine on you crazy diamond. Or am I wrong? Nevertheless, I like them!
Very cool, Tom Hess! Especially the fact that the notes on which the chords change rotate with a preiodicity of 3, giving each group of three notes a different rhythmic feeling, eventhough they are exactly the same, and O.M.G. how the modulating pitch function trick works on my emotions!
