  • I have a nice pedal board, with several dist pedals, delay, reverb, eq, compressor etc. Sometimes there are gigs when is required a modler.
I get this and put at the end of my pedalboard and use only the amp and the cab sim.
I am thinking correctly and this will work right?

  • As a Yank who regularly butchers the King’s English I humbly suggest taking another whack at your pronunciation of Mesa. It’s originally a Spanish word of course and is pronounced Maysa not Messa. I don’t have a life so these things are important to me ????

  • Why does everyone lie about this pedal? It is a very poor modeler compared to the other modelers. Its good for practicing when your away from your main gear. Thats about it. And it DOES NOT HAVE AI IN THE PEDAL, in any way at all.

  • I have Tonex SE and I find the majority of the downloadable presets from ToneNet are unusable due to regular bursts of load hissing noise. It seems to happen with almost all the presets available

  • I imagine having a single amp with a pedal or two plus a/b boost would be the most convenient use of this pedal at the end of a board, so shame it doesn't have an XLR out… Am I expecting too much from something the size of a mouse?

  • One day a modeler is going
to come out with 200 Artist Presets
that are legit out of the box,
    no more of the;
''you need to deep edit bs''.
    They will have global settings
    for; Strat/Tube amp,
    Les Paul/Solid State Amp, etc,
So you can globally select the
type of amp/guitar you are using,
no more excuses for why they
can't give us Allman Bros, Hendrix,
    SRV, Skynyrd, Fab Thunderbirds,
    and other great Blues artists.

  • I don't care if this thing sounded exactly the same as the actual amps. The user interface is horrible! I spent a whole day trying to import, or change or edit interface pc, no matter how many times in did the software update… absolutely nothing worked, it pissed me off, and I returned it, something that small should not be that complicated to get running. It was a worse learning curve than the Helix.

  • I’m guessing there was less of a level jump than they expected (15:45) because they put the compressor on in the Tonex. The default comp is post, so it’ll prevent the overall level from jumping up.

  • if you're asking if this is what A.I. in a pedal is (which would be preferred to y'all just claiming it for no reason in the title), i'm fairly certain it is not.

  • Do they actually play this thing so we can hear what it sounds like, or is it just talking for the whole video? I skipped to the part where they lets hear it, and a few minutes in, they're still talking. I just couldn't take it.

  • I bought this pedal because you guys made me feel like I was living under a rock not to have such an incredible modeler. I really could use something small to plug straight into a PA on cocktail hour gigs. I'm a professional musician in Miami. My full rig is a Fuchs ODS 50 with an AxeFxII making all the pedals in 4 cable setup. I listened to your enthusiasm. It wasn't a big purchase. So now I will give my review on you and the ToneX. What the fck is wrong with you??? This thing sounds HORRIBLE! There is no "modelling". Everything that comes out the other end of this shit factory is EQ on dogshit. There is no dream of playing through something you can't afford or is impractical. It all sounds like actual "nobody will ever listen to a note you play" dog shit. And so…Why are you guys so enthusiastic? My problem is now with you guys, pretending to have ears. Are you the same guys making kickback money who would tell me a Line6 Spyder is tone heaven? This is a paid for tone review or you both have ears of lead.

  • What knd of cable are they going out of the pedal with it. is that stereo?

  • Where is the sound coming out from in this video? I have a stupid question: if you’re connected to an actual amp at your place, will it not change the sound of the presets you select on the app?

  • I got one today and really like the sounds. However be prepared for 3-4hrs of downloading,(ik product manager, amplitube, tonex) and registering(making accounts, then entering long strings of Byzantine numbers, many too many captchas,) getting all these opened in the right order…
After 4 hrs,it all worked, but many bugs to cross over.
