imhothe best Amp 1 Demo I know! Great job!The use of the Torpedo can be misleading . There's already a speaker emulator built into the Amp1 'out' ! No need to accumulate 'sim on top of sim… Just saying .
The SG and RAT 2 combo sounds KILLER!
To all you defenders of this toy how do you feel about it now? Not so great is it? I find these modelers so fatiguing on the ears.
I love mine so much, I might buy a backup just in case. Or just wait for Amp X, if that ever comes out.

Hi! thanks for the vid SR! how does the amp react to "low homy volumes"? having in mind that it is 100w, would you recommend it? does it behaviuors like a modeler, in terms of practicity? Thanks before hand.
I'm thinking of using this for live gigs, how do you use the Mercury Amp 1 live? Can it drive two EVH 1X12 Cabs and can the settings be saved fore each channel? ✨✌✨

I can't get enough of mine. Just makes me want to crank it. Sings just like the old vintage Marshall amps, with ever how much gain you need. If you want a jtm45 plexi and 800, buy it. Fender clean too.

I don’t think the main master volume has any effect on the Nanotube. It’s the overdrive master that drives the tube. The main master is literally a level control. This was mentioned in a recent Q&A live stream on the Bluguitar amp1 YouTube channnel.

I have the mercury edition, absolutely fantastic amp!
I play in 2 different cover bands with very different styles of music and the amp1 covers them all. The speaker cabinet you choose will make a huge difference, for those who say its harsh and you don't like it. I didn't like mine at first. But after more research and homework man im glad I didn't return it ????

Nice playing! I have a Mercury but I just got it and ended up in the hospital for the full winter and I’m rehabing and staring to play out. I’m using my Boss Katana 50, so I don’t have to set up pedals until I can walk better. Good video bro and nice chops!

How do you turn the amp1 ir off to use your torpedo?
I have the iridium. I’ve had the mercury too. They replace my Marshall amps

Best amp today. I´m very satisfied with it.
I watched this video and bought one. I’m now sending it back. It sounds sterile and fake. Not very tube like. This is a fail!

Have you tried the iridium edition? If so, what made you go for the mercury? Excellent video. I’d say this is one of the very best out there for this product. I’m sure Thomas will be highly appreciative of the quality of this demo.
