The J45 is the only Gibson guitar I still have to actively fight to not go buy because they are a great design… but the brand is so corrupt, incompetent and anti musician I’ve simply vowed to never own a single Gibson. I’ve got Japanese Les Paul’s that are excellent, but have yet to find a great J45 clone that isn’t a 7 grand small builder price.
Not played DI using the built-in pickup it doesn't. I really don't understand why artists don't make an effort to actually achieve a more faithful sound…it is possible.
