Just hire a keyboard player to play bass on the keyboard.
They got the bell sound from playing a bell sound. Bells exit, they are quite common. Microphones exist, also quite common. You could even, and I know this will come as a shock: use Tubular bells, commonly found in places like… well… recording studios and such… If you want it to quack like a duck: use a duck!

Could uses a Ring mod to get a similar bell like sound
for guitar you can cross the d over the g on the 12th fret, and it sounds rather bell-like. You can change frets as well, obviously.
