All Blues by Miles Davis is an iconic jazz standard in 6/8 meter. It features a unique rhythm riff motif and some really interesting jazz chords at the end.
I’ll show you the All Blues guitar chords, which actually already make the melody as well. That’s why it’s also the All Blues chord melody.
You’ll see everything note for note, slow and easy. There’s also a slow tempo playthrough of the entire All Blues guitar comping towards the end of the lesson.
All Blues is a 12 bar Blues in 6/8 time signature. You can practice to that maybe new to you feeling with the All Blues guitar backing tracks I’ve made for you. One is at regular tempo, the other All Blues play along is at slower tempo, so it’s easier to start with.
Ther are some really fascinating All Blues guitar chords at the end of the song form. We have altered chords and a quartal voicing that Miles also used (by his piano and guitar players) in other tunes.
You’ll also learn a little bit of theroy along the way, so you know what you’re doing.
Of course I’ve also made the All Blues guitar tab and guitar pro tabs, so you can follow along, while watching the All Blues chords comping lesson.
I hope you enjoy the All Blues guitar lesson as much as I did creating it and give me a fat thumbs up. Don’t forget to share the love and the knowledge and subscribe to my channel for many mor great chord melody guitar lessons like this one.

Fat thumbs up ????????

Thank you!!
This is not blues. This is jazz, no turnarounds even
❤ Excellent content! Thank you! From Brooklyn NY.
Are bars 5 and 6 really on C7? I know they are always written that way but, bearing in mind that this was intended as a modal blues, and because Paul Chambers continues to play the bass figure in G on these bars rather than move to C, I think G Dorian is more appropriate. I also think your dyad sounds more G Dorian that it does C7.
Excellent lesson. I can repeat every positive comment made here. I have subscribed and look forward to more great lessons.
