Well, I think £2,000 is expensive.
A good guitar is expensive no matter what decade you buy it in. People think if it's old it's worth more and sounds better. Spend your money on a new Martin or Gibson and play it like it owes you money.
If that’s a 68 or 69 it shouldn’t have double XX braces.
Got a 13 yr old Gibson Advanced Jumbo.. and it was Definitely Expensive!! Lol!! But worth it!! ????

Course I’d love a vintage J35 but after trying a bunch of Gibson dreadnoughts new that didn’t impress me I picked up a 2018 J35 for a £1000 and its so good
I have a 20 year old Martin dreadnaught that my dad passed on to me from his college years
I've got a 1975 W-200 Pro Martin acoustic guitar that sounds really great. I hope you can find one and make video about it.
I got a chance to buy a 56 southern jumbo.. it's been refretted and the wear around the sound hole is quite aggressive… he's asking 5500. Too much? I don't care about finish cracks , buckle wear but this guitar has lost some wood due to pick wear… I could use some help
I thought Gibson acoustics were overrated and overpriced until I played a mid 70s Heritage Custom. It changed my mind.
