Nobels is tough to beat for "light gain" or "classic rock" . Unlike the Klon , Tube Scr & even KOT , the ODR-1 is great for Fender style amps that are on the edge of break up . The Nobels boosts the 400ish-100ish k . Plus the Nobels is WHOLE different pedal than the others . Like it is in a whole different freq range . But having different sounding drive pedals is important . One song , your guitar might conflict with the freq range of another instrument. So have different shades of freq great .
What material do they use to cover the board with? I can't find anything similar.

Not at all… It has it's own thing going for sure. Smooth… But not really transparent.

Great video. Please, I want to ask a question. I have a strat with three single pickups. I have the same RC Booster in the video. I put it at the beginning of the chain immediately after the guitar. My intention is to have a little more volume in the signal, as if the pickups had more output. I keep it on all the time as well as the reverb. It is understood that I need this greater force for clean sounds. In what position should I put the gain control to get the cleanest sound possible without any distortion?. Thanks for answering.

My opinion – I don’t think anything with clipping diodes is transparent. For transparent gain, I prefer a boost pedal.
What distortion pedal would you add to this board ?
Have you tried the Dan electro daddy O' kinda big and bulky and cheap price wise but a very versatile pedal.

Great demo and playing. I have tried various Xotic and similar boosts to my first of 3 stacked OD pedals, and have found the harmonics, tone and squishiness from the Wampler EGO and a very cleanly set Rocket Archer Rockaway OD/EQ means I can relax, play and sing my harmonies

Man that board is almost a spitting image of mine. (Sonic Research Tuner, Kingsley Minstrel, Nobels ODR-1, Dover Drive, GE-7, Vertex Boost, M9, Flint). Even have the patch bay on the side ????
