Well, the answer to your first question is, "I want to hear it isolated" cuz I can't play it yet, or answer #2: "most piano tutuorials layer on top the vocal chords as well which I fucking hate and they all use that stupid glowing piano program" it's not a good way to teach piano, so I just watch guitarists to learn piano now, although I'm currently studying sight reading too, point is guitar tutorials is where it's at. "LOOK WHAT I CAN DO!!!" lol "oh stuart!"
