  • Fantastic guitars. For about £300 second hand you get over £1000's worth of guitar that is effortless to play and even has rolled fretboard edges.

  • Awesome playing! I love Godin guitars! I have a few and have been through several (bought/sold) in the past. Great instruments all around!

  • I’ve got one of these too! My first “real” guitar after my squire. It’s so versatile, and such an outrageous bargain at RRP compared to what that money gets you now. I think they were under £400 when they were on sale. Always liked the fatter neck and it’s slightly odd profile, a better fit than most Strat necks for me. I had forgotten quite how much bite the bridge pickup had. I feel like it handled pretty absurd amounts of gain and remained articulate which can’t be said for my Seymour Duncan PAF / 59 set in another one of my guitars

  • Sounds wonderful in your hands. It is one I haven't owned. Godin is so consistent. I mostly use a guitar I made myself, that takes several construction design features straight from my collection of Godins. Don't Godin make necks for several other manufacturers? Or is that a myth? I also heard/read several comments about SD making pickups for the old Performance series though they were not branded as such…. that may well be a myth though. Definitely going up in value now but still there are bargains to be had on the used market.
