What is the CAGED method for guitar?! 60 second explanation ????❤️

Perhaps you’ve heard people talking about the CAGED method on guitar. What is that?! That was my thought years back. I hope this short explanation helps shed light on it. You don’t really need this method, you can start with an E minor and E major shape and try playing those at different frets while using your first finger to barre ( I think that is the right spelling).
