Quick tip: How to record acoustic guitars at home #music #quicklesson #quicktip #guitar #recording

Recording tip! You don’t always need to pay for a recording studio. You can totally record some high quality sound right at home. All you need is a microphone, recording interface, and software. The key is to find a quiet space. I love to use our closet. You can use lots of things to dampen a space: clothes, blankets, towels, a spare mattress… get creative! I have used this method to record many times.

  • Hello brother,

I’m a complete beginner and just purchased a Maono PD200X USB dynamic microphone yesterday.
I want to record professional-quality shayari (poetry) using my Android mobile.

But I’m facing a serious issue — the audio sounds heavily distorted, like there’s wind or storm noise in the background.
Honestly, I have no idea how to properly set up or record with this mic.

Can you please guide me step-by-step on how to record clean and professional voice using this mic on Android?
I really want my poetry to have studio-level sound quality.

Also, which Android mobile app should I use to record my poetry, so that the voice sounds professional and clean — just like in a studio — and there are no copyright issues?
Please recommend an app that works well with my mic and gives the best possible quality.

One more thing — is it possible to record my poetry using the Maono App?
If yes, then how exactly should I do it properly?

  • Record onto what tho? I use my iPhone and cell phones only pick up the highs and sound terrible. What can I record onto so that I can share? I don’t mean like garage band etc but what type of recording device? Beside
My phone I have this Yamaha decide like with 2 speakers on top that a reporter might use to record an interview etc. but I don’t know how to transfer that to my phone to send out. Sorry I’m brain dead at this stuff. I’d love a good idea for a beginner recorder. As well, should I get a drum machine?

  • Dumb question….so most of the covers on tik Tok/ig are recorded first and then video after via lip sync? Not a live performance? Sorry new to this whole thing

  • I like getting a piezo piece to record on it and a compressor so it can be in stereo…. I hate recording…. So much. This is why I play wood with strings and sing. Minimalism.

  • I would say this is a much cheaper option to sound proof a room… however, If your wife is like mine, then those damn clothes could buy you a recording studio ????????????

  • This is pretty helpful, but I don’t have a walk-in closet, however, I do have a small closet under the stairs that my sister keeps like 400 stuffed animals in, so that should work
