For under 400 too 500 what is your honest acoustic guitar ? My hands especially left fingers slant birth defect joint deal need something low action easy playing great sound lol comfortable could use your advice

Washburn video on this model said it has a Solid Top. Not sure if that's true. Specs say Select Spruce. Which usually means lam. What's your thoughts on the top?

I actually checked and the top, back, and siees are solid and not laminate. It looks wonderful
I just bought one new and I am happy with it. Like you said, sub $400 guitar and so far so good. About to take it on the road with me vs my other Washburn acoustic

(I've owned a Taylor once upon a time, it was very nice)
