Is your guitar amp too bright? In this video we look at the classic Fender/Marshall/Vox EQ Tone Stack and demonstrate how you can dial in a less scooped or a darker sound.

The Engl Screamer 50 combo is often cited as an overly bright amp, but is that a fair criticism given that it has a 3-band EQ? Watch the video to find out. We also demonstrate how to scoop mids with a 2-band Baxandall EQ using the Rajani VOD-50 combo.
