@guitarcollectorguy I decided I was going to build a very inexpensive Telecaster that was still a very playable guitar. Over a period of time I picked up a neck, body, and most importantly the Pickups for the project.
The main elements of the project were:
Rio Grande Dirty Harry PICKUP SET for $177
AE Guitars T-Style Alder Body Gold Flake for $125
Roasted Guitar Neck Rosewood w/ Bone Nut for $127
The remaining parts like the bridge, saddles, tuners, wiring harness components, misc hardware were all around $70

I heard a single p90 tele/broadcaster the other day and it was a missing link situation. Really dug it. Yours looks a good bit more sophisticated but equally cool

And this is why I love Telecasters. You can't just build a Les Paul to your exact liking, but I built my own partscaster a few years back & I love it. I'm going to try to get another project for an Esquire.
