Valeton Dapper Bass Effects Strip Demo

  • Not being familiar with terminology would you say the dirtyEQ is equivalent to 'distortion'? I own this pedal and love it but I was trying to describe that dirty effect and don't have the vocabulary. thanks!

  • Really cool use of the pedal's capabilities. Beautiful riffage. Have you turned that into a song? Is it already a song?

  • See, this is how a good gear demonstration is done. Nice tune, solid playing, no slapping and not constantly fiddling with settings. I will probably buy one of these off the back of this demo.

  • Love your tone! I also happen to have a P bass with Dimarzio Model P. I was realy curious about this pedal. As a reference I have a Hartke Bass Attack 2 and an Eden WTDI which I use as my direct boxes when playing. Do you think this Eq would be in the same level or even better? The sound in this video is just amazing! Do you have experience with other preamps? How would this pedal compare against them?
    Thanks for your comment.

  • I've always been a little leery of multi-effects petals (not sure why), but I really like the way this one sounds and the potential for it! Thanks for sharing!
