I think you buggers have way too much fun… Lucky bastards
The reissues use a 12AX7 in V1 and 6L6GCs for power tubes. The original 59 Bassman (and the clone that I built) used a 12AY7 in V1 and 5881s for power tubes. Those tubes sound much better.
It is a good idea to turn the bass jnob on every amp to zero. More so on a jtm45 or DeVille.
All I can think is how much better the tele always sounds than the strat. And the LP sounds was amazing!
Pretty sure that room needed re-painting anyways!!
Yeah… don’t play AKADAKA on a bloody bassman… ????????
Love you guys
Kinda sounds like hot rot Iv deluxe limited tweed edition ????????????
why spend double on a plexi?
I dont undersetand why that brown guy doesnt have a hawaiian accent.
Love the AC/DC riffs
tone
Wicked
Let there be ROCK
All of my dream amps just sitting in the background. Just need a Hiwatt
I had one come across my bench because it acquired shipping damage. It's still on my bench…I fixed it way back in early December.
I am sure it sounds great. But: What sense does it make to hear that through earplugs??? And without your ears are f.cked up. The amp is too loud for the stage, too quiet – like nearly all amps – open air. With due respect to the amp – does not make any sense than making a video. Thank you.
…width of a circle…
Excellent gigging amp. Covers all bases.
Loved the video guys. Good stuff. "…it's so loud even with earplugs!" "Wha…?" Totally cracked me up. "I need a new set up ear plugs" 125 db! I'm looking for a pair of nuts somewhere… oh… I hope they're in recess?
Couple weeks ago, for about 10 minutes, i played on a 68 silverface 50w head through its matching 2×12… Amazing tone rolling off the volume knob on a tele…and Loud, hahaha forget about it… One day I'll own one
