What key you playing in? Or just following changes?
hi Corey Great lessons could i ask which musicians ear plugs you wear and recommend?
Dude puts out an absolute killer guitar lesson for FREE and some knuckleheads complain about his facial expressions. What dopes. LOL
thnaks Corey!! nice!!
Great lesson, Corey. This is a concept I've been struggling with. Really concise, straightforward explanations!
Dam that might be one of the sexiest P.R.S. I've ever seen.
Wow????????✨
Another great lesson Corey. Loving your channel . . .
Another great lesson on arpeggios, thanks Corey.
Very very cool ????
I'm loving these lessons Corey. They're exactly what I need to break out of the rut I've been in. You introduce a new approach to something already familiar, and you do it in very digestible chunks. Thank you, and I'm constantly looking forward to your next lesson
Corey, your channel is amazing. So many great lessons here. I hope your subs really balloon this year – I’m certainly spreading the word. Question, if you had to leave the house in a hurry and could only grab one, which guitar are you taking with you?
This has opened a door for me like nothing else on arpeggios has. You are The Man
Corey is such a great teacher
Dude, better than a lesson, do you have an album out?
My PRS John Mayer maple neck arrives any minute now from Long & McQuade here in Toronto.
Even took out covid insurance (I’m in the food group) Didn’t want to stick my wife with another guitar. Can’t wait to work on this one
with my new machine. All the best and thanks.
Cool! But the Strat-RS remains an abomination.
Damm Cory awesome
I do that half step approach with minor chords. I never even thought about doing it with dominant seventh chords. Probably because I can’t see the outline the shell like you were talking about. I’m gonna practice that man that sounds pretty cool thank you
Jesus, I could do without the guitar faces! You put blues and guitar in the same sentence and every blues guitarist thinks they are required to give you their mugshots of them stepping on a nail! Really guys, rain it in. You don't see your accountant baring his teeth and eyes going in the back of his head when he's doing your taxes.
Easily one of the best educators these days.
My favorite teacher. Super genius.
Very simple concept but super cool sound.
Thanks Corey and PG
very tastefull sounds like diminished
Great Lesson, thank you!!!!!
Awesome, Corey! Loved it!????❤️????
So great! So clear! I’m working my way through Corey’s blues guitar course online. Love it! Learning so much…thanks Corey!!!
The fingering is fairly easy, but I'm having a hard time with those facial expressions.
Excellent lesson on a fun idea Corey.
A lesson so well done. Not one moment wasted and all info offered is distilled into a straightforward A+ lesson. Corey has a gift. Thank you for the content, Corey.
Awesome !
Tone is nice fluid and on the edge when you dig in it screams what you setup
???????????????????????????????? Great lesson! Watched it in bed and thinking about getting up to attempt to incorporate it into my playing.
Just subscribed to your channel. You deserve way more subscribers based on this lesson alone. Cheers.
Kick ass… great lesson. You can stuff this anywhere, forward or backwards half steps, any scale. This is very applicable to jazz soloing. Good stuff.
I'd love to see those cords in the last part broken down.
Arpeggiated guitar face
I have struggled with using arpeggios for a while – until now. This is the best, most concise explanation and usage demo I have ever seen! …and great advice on using sparingly – Thank you!
What a fun lesson! Thank you for sharing it with us!
Great playing great lesson
I use this technique on minor solos and fills frequently, but for no reason I never use it on major chords. I better get out of that rut. Concisely and clearly taught…great job! I need to go practice now.
