I used to play 6 hours a day
It's both, I've been practicing up to 7 hours a day, sometimes only a couple, but it won't matter how long you practice if all you practice is scales, I learn songs, tuning, maintenance, chords, scales, alternative picking, practicing to a Metronome, I feel it's more important about what you practice, not just how long you practice
This is great! I only started learning guitar 8 weeks ago (or 47 hours ago to be more specific!) and I'm documenting my entire learning journey on here so this was super motivational!
