Have you ever considered stainless steel frets?
Did they relacquer the board or was that an older picture? Cause it doesn’t look like it had a refret to me

You need titanium frets.
I have the exact same guitar. It beats out everything in my collection. I upgraded the pickups to Fralins tho
Switch to flat wound strings. You won't wear through frets

There’s something about teles
i reccommend learning to adjust the intonation yourself, it's really not as hard or scary as maintenance pros would have you believe. it is kinda time consuming but not really difficult if you know which screws to turn. i've been doing the maintenance on all my guitars myself for years now.
Have stainless steel frets installed
Adjust the truss rod get new strings
Reset the intonation. Continue to play your ass off and teach excellent lessons no matter how snotty you are about it ! ????????
Stainless steel frets will solve your problem.

How did you wear through two sets of frets on such a new guitar already?
Did you get stainless steel jumbo frets ? They may last longer ,give up the smokes
