Bang on! MODO Bass 2 is included in these IK MAX Bundles for $49 – $69 [when they go on sale]. NI Prime Bass is usually more useful than Icon Bass and some of the others.

MODO BASS 1 is not available as a free, as well as Prime & Soul Bass. ????
Prime bass sound the most realistic to me.

Thanks for sharing. MODO BASS 2 is not available anymore, because AKMedia seems to have some major trouble on their website. if you manage to download their installer app after many tries, it can't get connected to their server. Experience made 29 th MAY 2025. Thanks again!

I have Waves Fingers and use the Logic Bassist. Neither is convincing on pumped 8ths. They both get realistic on lower velocities, but if you want a hard pump over 90 or so velocity, it gets fake sounding. Even using the various articulations that the logic one offers. I'm looking for the best attack in this category. The second option seemed to have the most realistic attack, but I wonder how it does pumping 8ths at high tempo at high velocities. Anybody out there using it for this type of bassline? …or any suggestions for other software?

Is there a fix for latency with the modo? All of these apps seem to have latency for me.

My favorite from the comparison you did was Prime Bass. However, they all sounded great to me in general. I feel I could use them all for different songs and different "feels". Thanks for video!
