This is the Lehle Active Mono Volume Pedal and right now this is my favourite pedal with acoustic guitar! This is such an amazing pedal, it has no pots or any moving parts inside!
It uses magnets and sensors to adjust the volume, which means it’s not only more precise, but there’s less moving parts that can wear down and break over time.

If i only record and never play live, isnt it cheaper to use plugins instead of pedals?

Thats how i use mine, love it
The main reason for using magnetic sensors (Hall effect transducers) for volume pedals is not to avoid wear and tear: it's to avoid the crackly noises that you'd get with mechanical potentiometers.
Have you tried taking a single out from the Radial, going into Paraeq, then into Lehle pedal. Keeping the dry signal as your FOH clean chain, but the 'wet' output from the Lehle with swells to your FX chain? I only say this because you get to have both paths EQ'd by the Empress.
What are you using for a distortion pedal on an acoustic guitar? any ideas for me?
Lots of people sleep on these versatile tools. I have a Dual Expression too that I love. Lehle is top notch!

Hi Fabian. Interesting pedal. I use an old Morley volume pedal (optical, so again, no parts to wear out). Is there an advantage to using an active pedal? Do you actually use it as a boost? Can you set the minimum volume level, like you can on the Morley?
Sounds fantastic! So to clarify, you described having the two outputs on your preamp but where was the Lehle volume in the signal chain? Are you coming out of your preamp (wet signal) and running Lehle before those effects?
Are these available in the US?
