way too much going on, especially for the first date riff at the beginning of the video. too muddy. blink riffs in general have a lot less distortion and gain than people think; it is the way Tom played that gave it that punchy sound (attack, palm muting, down strokes)
However the tone did fit anthem pt 2 – in the middle of the vid – quite nicely
