THANKS TO EVERYONE FOR HELPING ME GET TO 200 SUBSCRIBERS!!!! I’ve been promising something special for this occasion so here we are… My cover of one of my favorite songs by one of my favorite bands! I’ve always thought this song had a really dark feel even though it was super chill so making a metal version was a no brainer. Definitely check out the original if you haven’t heard it! And so yea, let me know what you think of this and if you guys want more covers I’ve got like 12 of them done on a hard drive…. MOTIVATE ME TO RELEASE THEM!!!! And for the record, these videos ARE the takes from the recording. 10 years in and I’m finally having the bright idea to record my recording sessions.. Expect more of these kinds of videos moving forward. Cheers!!!!

Reviews/press:

“At times feeling like melodic death metal fractured and subdivided into a million bizarre pieces, Estuarine’s new album puts a rare spin on what ‘technicality’ in death metal can look like. Here, it’s intense syncopation, rapidly changing meter, and weird genre-absconding sounds, not just trying to playing the fastest 16th notes possible. Even with this unpredictable backdrop, the international outfit maintains a sense of catchiness throughout that’s even more impressive given everything else going on.” Ted Nubel for Invisible Oranges (www.invisibleoranges.com/umr-1282024-1112025/)

“…one of the most ambitious and magnificent albums of this year on the site very early. I describe this album as an experimental masterpiece that you should definitely listen to.” (https://www.metalmuzikansiklopedisi.net/2025/02/album-kritik-1101-estuarine-corporeal.html)

“What makes it resonate with me is how it feels so unique and is very much unto itself: Estuarine almost has no equal. That’s most definitely a notch in their cap, but outside of sounding unique, the composition and quality of the riff writing is really great. I’m not sure about what exactly has me so hooked – maybe it’s how it works as a gestalt – but I most definitely am. Corporeal Furnace is good and you should listen to it.” Chugley Chartington for The Chug Charts (chugcharts.com/charts/best-metal-albums-2025/estuarine-corporeal-furnace-review/)

“Bass driven tech/proggy death metal from Tampa that reminds me of some unholy cross between Primus and Beyond Creation” DC Heavy Metal (dcheavymetal.com/2025/01/01/)

“Estuarine plays a very particular type of death-grind, forging intriguing riffs and crunchy bass… With fresh and inspired songwriting, he manages to create a disturbing and alienating atmosphere.. Estuarine’s vision is therefore interesting and rather original, as the cover seems to announce, dark but with bright colours.” Italian review by Aristocrazia Webzine (www.aristocraziawebzine.com/extrema-ratio/revenge-rudra-necrodeath/?fbclid=IwY2xjawHb0CxleHRuA2FlbQIxMQABHZoxloxWSLQZrb5MIOsHitDQ4AFpUD0MDOygZclO3–_S64AYBkByb9xVA_aem__HbSBeA6ay6XEYF4FwIX7g)

“..this Estuarine album is undoubtedly recommended.” Spanish review by Hellbiter for metallerium.com (www.metallerium.com/estuarine-corporeal-furnace-2025?fbclid=IwZXh0bgNhZW0CMTAAAR3pA2nyRxJIiNKm4c471QyNBGJcpKTkIrn25JDi6WJIJrmQtMWTTj2R3r0_aem_7YJqQPsO3SAp2WjX3ooyyg)
