Nice reaction. You can't be very intelligent if you're not curious, and Miyako is very curious. Yes, good pronunciation, “grande uomo” is Italian and means “great man,” not in a physical sense, rather a man who deserves great respect.
As previously mentioned it is Miyako’s brand. If you look closely it spells out Miyako with overlapping letters.
Miyako recently announced a very nice leather jacket in collaboration with the same small company. Hand made to order, and very expensive, but a beautiful thing to own if you can afford it.
As others have said in the comments, she has modified or made guitars to suit her ideas of how they should sound. This Lady really is special in so many ways.
There is a video out there, somewhere of Miku touring the Zemaitis factory watching one of her guitars being built.
that is Miyako’s own brand logo. i think they make her signature straps which is why they already have a die press there with her logo

Last year I took the plunge and bought a Miyako Grande Uomo signature strap (very close to the one she's been presented at the end, just a bit more streamlined). 6 months waiting (it's really handmade one by one!) but it's a fantastic strap that will last a lifetime for sure! Expensive though.
Miyako is indeed adventurous. In addition to her cute pet dog Wampa, she also has a pet owl and a pet python at home. That was a nice gesture from the company to gift her a special strap to commemorate the band's successful "resurrection" from their 14-month hiatus
She's a consummate tinkerer, this one.

Love Miyako's newest guitar, a White Dean Zero Floyd Custom USA with Fishman pickups. One built for Miyako, and three built for T. Kurosawa guitar shop.
Miyako did built several guitars by herself with the help from her guitar tech.
