Keeping that tweeter at 50% or below is key. My friend played with a guy that used to keep it on 100% and change his strings every show. So we're talking BRIGHT. He really didn't mess with his settings at all and didn't really care which was weird. He played half a set with the bass knob at 20% and didn't notice until I said something. The most annoying thing he did was pop a string once every other measure playing Alt groove smooth jazz. All of a sudden "POP" out of nowhere. Shit gave me anxiety.
